Fb2 Belknap's Waterproof Dinosaur River Guide-All New Color Edition ePub

This is a combination of several river sections. It is more of a high level guide to the area but I was looking for more details to assist with river running. The rapids were labeled but the class (III, IV, ...) wasn't listed. Similar with the campsites (listed but no details/descriptions provided). I found the format hard to read and it doesn't fold flat because it isn't spiral bound. Opted for using Rivermaps guide instead.

We had an old version and really love the new one. It has so much more history and geology. Glad I bought it.

great manual, great for traveling down the river where getting wet is inevitable. Wonderful info...I only docked a star because I thought the organization was a bit confusing. Nevertheless, making this rare and exiting trip on the Yampa and the Green through dinosaur country almost demands having this manual by your side to deepen your experience. Yes, get it.

Great info to accompany a better river map. The maps are "reversed" from how normal river maps are done, but the geology and history stuff is great.

I like the layout, information, and history presented in a compact format.

It is a great book!! Very informative. Only minus is that it doesn't describe the rapids.

You buy a river guide for a description of the river, rapids, and campsites, first river guidebook I have ever purchased that is totally devoid of descriptions of those items. Don't waste your money
