It very engaging and well explained of the current psychology and philosophy of our current day. Highly recommend this book for medical students who are currently studying psychology as their topic.

Mediocre text. The book is wordy and poor at defining and explaining various terms. The authors also use the terms stress and stressors interchangeably. This is very annoying. The book also lack definitions of the terms it uses.
