It is not related with the notion of development. Additionally, learning denotes achieving something rather than providing momentum of making any modification that the development focuses on. On the other hand, development outruns with the aspect of learning. With this concern, it can be affirmed that learning play an imperative role in development or rather the maturation of which the functions are being performed based on the learning process.
