Not latest information, but I like it.
Ce
A very good introduction to the RTI framework and how to implement it in the classroom. The book covers the different tiers of assistance the students can receive and the different paperwork which can support the teacher, student and professional working in English immersion programs.

This is mostly a rehashing of their earlier books with a little attention to the RtI process. I would have appreciated some new insights into specific, targeted, short-term interventions that have been proven effective with ELLs.

Liked the book but had to drop the class due to work schedule. I really did not get a chance to use it.

There are plenty of better texts about RTI--this one is extreamly basic and is mostly about how important is to buy the publisher's SIOP program.
fyi: SIOP = Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol.
