Publisher: Random House Value Publishing (December 12, 1993). This book is excellent for the anxious ones among us, as it is so short, although a bit too short on variety of "recommended" techniques. I would like the section on suicide from exposure expanded, as it contains risks, but also permits a lonesome exit within natural settings and by natural means (cold). One of my ten favourite books, not due to being good read, but due to its topic. Thank you very much, Mr Humphry.
