The book deals with post-crisis financial regulation and supervision. Professor Giovanoli is Emeritus Professor at the University of Lausanne and a member of MOCOMILA of which he was chairman from 1995-2005.

The book deals with post-crisis financial regulation and supervision. He spent over 35 years as counsel at the Bank of International Settlements in Basel. Diego Devos is Deputy General Counsel of the Bank for International Settlements and a member of MOCOMILA. He has written several articles on financial law.
