This past winter I was reacting to so many different foods that it was hard to find anything that didn't cause me to react with hugely swollen eyelids (angioedema). I came across Sharla Race's website and bought both of her books, and was able to cobble together enough safe foods to slowly bring about healing in my body. I am so grateful for all the research she put into these books (this one and her Salicylate Handbook). Her writing style is very thorough as well as kind and supportive...thanks again!

I ordered this book for my Mom and I, it is extremely helpful for anyone who assumes they may have a food intolerance. While the steps are tedious, it is worth following and it helped us isolate my mother's salicylate intolerance and her tinnitus appears to be improving. Overall, this is a useful book if you are committed to improving your health.
