Malice in Wonderland is a totally engrossing inside look at one of the murder cases that made Los Angeles a place of endless fascination. The book is well written and entertaining, even with some dashes of humor here and there. If you want to know the truth about a case you go to the detectives who worked it. That’s what you get here. I'm glad to see the authors/detectives have retired and gone on to less stressful pursuits (no pun intended).
